Many of our FAQs and User Guides refer to logging in to the MyPhone portal. For users accessing their standard voicemail boxes, they can log-in with their eID/NetID or 5-digit extension and eID/NetID password. For users wanting to access the settings for a shared voicemail box or Voicemail-Only Mailbox (VMOMB), they will need to contact the Central IT HelpDesk (970-491-7276 or help@colostate.edu) and request a password be set-up for that extension for the MyPhone portal.
